Use a reduced carb flatbread for some of your favorite foods
This recipe incorporates the traditional flavors of a bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich, and adds a little chicken, and low-carb ranch salad dressing. Leftover chicken or turkey is ideal for this flatbread pizza dish.
I highly recommend a product called Flatout©. Reduced-carb Flatout© is a product you can find in many groceries (look in the deli section). It is a great substitute for a huge variety of bread and tortilla recipes, including wraps and appetizers. It's a terrific companion to a tuna salad. Enjoy it as a traditional/gourmet pizza crust and top with your favorite ingredients. It's inexpensive and tastes great.
4 crusts per package (lower carb version) and each crust is 24 grams of carbohydrate with 15 grams fiber.
