If you're in a hurry, this recipe will save time and please your family as well
When you're in a rush, it's hard to find the perfect one-meal dish for your family. It includes all the favorite foods with a few healthy carrots and celery bites added. This recipe can be easily cut in half to serve just two. You may want to make a larger batch at one time, bake and freeze.
and Macaroni Dinner
2 boneless, skinless
whole chicken breasts, pre-cooked
Cook macaroni per
package instructions. During the last four minutes of cooking, add carrots,
celery, onion, and bouillon. Drain when done. In a large bowl, combine
cooked mixture, corn, chicken, parsley, and three-quarters of the cheese.
Toss well and pour into lightly oiled (cooking spray) casserole dish.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and back for about 45 minutes.
